as a human being who is working and moving and consuming energy. Both your body and your mind need to take a break. Therefore, sleeping is a crucial part of our lives to grow powerful and healthier. 

Take a shower. 
The first thing that you must do after a long day is take a shower, which will make you refresh and make your body relax. 
 
Plan your next day. 
After you go to bed, grab your notebook or enter your to-do list and start to list the things that you must do,  the things that you might do, and the things that seem cool to do. This will help you be more productive in your day and more organized. 
 
Stop your electronics activities.
After you finish your work of the day, I advise you to move away from your phone and your electronic devices if you want better sleep quality. a
 
read something 
When I tell you to read something, it is not to educate yourself but to get you relaxed. I personally used to do this method when I could not sleep: grab a book, turn on my flashlight, and start reading. This activity is so much better than grabbing your phone and scrolling all night. Your eyes will feel comfortable, your head will be very light and relaxed, and this activity will also make you sleep faster.
 
stretch 
After a long day of physical activities, your bones and your muscles need to be relaxed; stretching exercises will do that for you. Pick 2 exercises and mix them in your pre-sleep program; 10 minutes will be enough.

Always, when you're about to go to sleep, remember the thing that happened in your day and be thankful for it, whether it's a positive or negative thing. If you had a bad day, try always to find the bright side. like that you learned from your mistakes. This will make life more easy for you because you accept everything that comes to you and also help you to be relaxed and happy before you sleep.
