The morning is the most precious time of the day; you've had a restful sleep, your mind is clear, and you're full of energy. You need to benefit from your morning as much as you can because it is the important part of the day, where your power is full and the inspiration and positivity are dominating. The first thing that you must do is start to get up earlier than usual (2 hours than usual), and to do that, you definitely need to have good sleep (6 to 7 hours a day), not less and not more. waking up early seems exhausting, but you will experience a lot of benefits. Your productivity will increase, which is why the morning period is the best to do tasks, study, or work. and which is why the most successful people in the world choose to get up early, like Tim Cook (CEO of Apple) and Jack Dorsey (co-founder of Twitter). Also, you will experience a reduction of stress and anxiety and better mental health. The benefits of waking up early are incredibly infinite! Just try it, and you'll see. Taking a shower after waking is exactly what you should do—not necessarily a cold shower, as you like. And this is very helpful for the people who struggle to wake up 100%. They woke up, but soon as they feel like they want to go back to bed, so when you open your eyes, the first thing you do is go and take a shower. After that, you are officially awake, and you can start by making your bed. The second thing you must consider doing if you want a perfect morning routine is meditation. Probably you've heard this concept a couple times, but you don't get it. The scientific explanation will just make you bored and don't want to try it. This way, I don't like this kind of explanation, but if you're really curious, you can check Google. Meditation is a tool to bring peace to your life, and it will help you release those repressed feelings inside you and will make you more aware of your feelings and thoughts. Just have a comfortable place and sit in the way that suits you. Make sure your back is straight and start breathing deeply while focusing only on your breaths. Sometimes the thoughts will start to drag you, and this is quite normal; just try to bring your focus again to your breaths. Do this for 5 to 15 minutes a day. Another crucial thing is to organize your task of the day, sit for 5 minutes, and plan what you will do today. You can write them on paper or on an app like a to-do list or anything that makes you comfortable. With planning your day and what you must do and choosing your targets, you will have a clear vision and an organized day, and everything will be smooth. Now it is time for personal treatments, starting with a hair and skin routine. It is very important to not convince yourself that you don't need this. Taking care of yourself in the morning will make you start your day with a push of confidence and more positivity, so yeah, it is important. For women, I don't think they need this advice because, of course, the first thing that most women do when they start the day is take care of themselves. But for men, at least organize your hair, clean your teeth, and have a good, healthy breakfast. Now if we do the calculations, those activities will cost you 1 hour at most, just 1 hour, but you will see a huge difference. Now the second hour is your free card. I've clarified that your performance in the morning will be at its peak, so use it wisely. You can study, work, or learn something. Just do a thing, and you, my friend, made a huge jump in your life. Of course you must build the discipline to do this every day, and it is not that hard to do. Once you start it and see the benefits, you will be addicted to it. Imagine that you are in a game where you have that glitch that others do not, and you keep developing yourself every day and making yourself happier. This is what the 2 hours of morning will do. and this is my friend how to have a perfect morning routine.
